U.S. SHIPPING

Shipping through the USPS with an option for First Class Package, or standard mail, and Priority Mail for extra care. If you need it faster, there’s an option to upgrade to expedited shipping. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for order processing Monday-Friday.

U.S. RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We think you’re going to love your blingsling® as much as we do, but we know things can change between purchase and delivery, so we’re offering free domestic returns within 14 days. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for order processing Monday-Friday.

Full refunds and exchanges are guaranteed for up to 14 days from your delivered date with your receipt, original packaging and the product you wish to exchange/return in the same condition you received it.  Refunds and exchanges will not be processed until the merchandise has been returned and inspected.

Just send us an email with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange to returns@theblingsling.com, print out the return label we send to you, use the same packaging, and postmark the package within 14 days.  Be sure to use this label to ensure that we can track your package and cover your shipping costs.  You are responsible for any shipping costs for exchanges or returns made without our label.  Additionally, any exchange or return that is lost or stolen in return transit will not be reimbursed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are not currently offering international shipping at this time. If you're outside the U.S. and wish to make a purchase, please email info@theblingsling.com with your request to see if we can accommodate your order. Thanks for your understanding as we work to grow our small business.
